Only thing that bothered me was the fact that when finished with car maintenance team didn't notify clerk vehicle was finished. I don't know how long I had been sitting there needlessly. Customer service was good otherwise!

I went in for an oil change and they gave me a head's up on the low quality of my car battery.6 days later I had to replace the battery.

The older gentle man was absolutely amazing! Very friendly and caring, he even got my two small kids balloons and thanked us for being patient. One other gentleman however was a little pushy and not so friendly. He wasn't rude but just wasn't friendly. He kinda rolled his eyes when I turned down buying an air filter (which I was told was $25-$45 and was able to get that night elsewhere for $13, the only reason) and then there's a little fridge in the store with water for customers. There were 2 Gatorade bottles inside which I automatically figured were the employees so I immediately informed my kids not to touch however another family with 3 little girls got into it and one girl took a gatorade. A while past and the guy went for it and said " aright who took my other Gatorade?!"� As he looked annoyed right at myself and our things. I told him we did not take it however the little girl that was there did. "He said we'll i hope they plan on leaving $3 cause this one will be gone soon and I'll want another one!"� I think the parents should have known however they were busy talking with an employee when the child took it. Also maybe it just shouldn't have been left there in the first place. I mean did you think someone really wouldn't be confused especially when filled with free water for customers and free coffee and other keurig options right above it?

After apologizing for the time it was taking to change the oil in my car, my husband was offered the use of a truck to come and get me from work while they were still working on my car. Amazing!

They were really good about getting the brakes done in a timely manner. But I had to buy new rotors, the ones that were on were just replaced with the last brake job I had done. The reason I got was the machine was broken. It seems this shop has a problem with broken machinery. This is not the first time I have been told this. The shop needds to upgrade to working machinery.

On a scale of 1-10, Bill & Logan are a 100! I don't know if I have ever been to a service shop and / or retail store where you are actually treated like the most important customer they've ever had!!! In addition, it's not just me, they treat every customer this way!! I live in Shawnee, KS (KC) and I come back to Big O in Ankeny for my tire / wheel service. I don't go to a local Big O where I live, due to the way Bill and Logan treat their customers! I'm not getting paid to say this :), just a very pleased customer! I'm not sure who gets these surveys, but I hope you share this with Bill, Logan, and their team and / or online review! I would even go as far as saying it would be good to secretly record these guys for a "�customer service training' and if you don't already know, you will be amazed! Great job Team Bill!

The only complaint I have is I was automatically charged the tire protection plan (I had all four tires replaced). I wasn't even given the option. I used to work in sales for a chain store so I understand the importance of selling such policies for the bottom line, but at least discuss such things with the customer and give the option.

I called to get a price quote. Bill was so helpful and positive that I ended up making an appt. when I stopped in. I thought the appt. would be a week out, instead he was able to get me in the next morning. Very fast, great service. Bill really expressed his gratitude for my business. Thanks!!

Had new tires put on and after leaving the store at 6:30 pm was heading to meet family for supper and had about 4 wheel weights comes off. Had to drive the hour and a half back again the following morning to get them put back on. Other than the was a very good experience. Bill was very helpful and knowledgeable.

i was having a low to flat tire , the manager got me right in , and took care of me , very courteous i mentioned i wanted to do away with the wheel locks , as they are a ,p. i. t. a. and he offered to do tis for free , a very good man ,very satisfied.................CWN

Big O is my favorite "chain style" tire /oil change place. The staff is honest and they don't sell unnecessary services. I walk away feeling like I was treated fairly and got my money's worth.

Ny sales person was Bill. He was very friendly and promised me to get me out fast as I was running late for work due to my old tires going bad. He did get my car right in and had me set for the road in a hurry. Great service and good explanation of the issue with my old tires, dry rotted and he made me comfortable with the tires I bought.
