Big O Tires

On my first visit, I purchased two tires had them installed. I was informed I had 4mm of brake pad left on the front brakes. Went back ~6 weeks later for the second pair. Now I have 10mm of brake pad in the front. How does that happen?

I have purchased tires from this location several times. Overall always a great experience

It took 2 hours to get new tires and I had an appointment. When I made the appointment I was told it wouldn't take very long. Everyone there were very nice and professional.

Just a huge wow, very knowledgeable, extremely courteous. 2nd time there, I will not go anywhere else for my tire, service needs.

Waited almost 90 minutes with an appt to check tire issues under warranty. Seemed long.

The employees were amazing. They help me in anyway possible. I would recommend them to anyone I know.

Time was lengthy

Everything was good. Except 2 days after the tires were put on, 1hub cap was not put on right and lost it.

Neither alignment nor installation was free when buying a new set of tires through Big O. Also, I was charged for a tire protection plan but we never talked about that and I didn't really want that. It just showed up on my bill and I was charged for it. Overall with the labor and protection plan my bill was $200 more than I was expecting. In the future I would go somewhere else if their cost was closer to the actual cost of the tires.

Big O has consistently been very accommodating and helpful. I have had vehicle work done here a number of times, all with good results. This last visit, my car was going to need to be there for several hours and the manager offered me the use of his car to decrease my inconvenience. Very fair prices, as well.

I had to return because they forgot to reset the oil change notification on my car.

Great service and price. Needed 4 tires for daughter in laws SUV. Manager gave us your best price and program for her car!

The staff are friendly and courteous. The service was completed quickly.

The manager Bill was wonderful- very helpful and kind. I will definitely return there and refer all my friends and family there.

Probably the best experience I've had at any sort of mechanic's shop to date. Made my first tire buying experience wonderful and do plan on returning if needed.

My vehicle was in 2x in one week. I felt the condition of the front Brakes/calipers should have been inspected better during tire rotation. Brake seized up smoking, etc. I spend over $1400 in 3 days at Big O

Mr Bill and his team are absolutely fantastic at the Ankeny, IA location. You hear of so many shops like this that get people to spend money they do not need to and / or charge for work that wasn't done...These guys take you out to show you exactly what is wrong and recommend to fix it now or if they can hold off another 1000, 2000 miles, etc... This is my 3rd set of tires with Bill and his team and I'm also buying new wheels. Top notch Team!! Unfortunately, the general public is so fixed on complaining, filing lawsuits, etc., therefore, they do not pay attention and / or care to stop and think about the positive stuff these types of shops do! In addition, it's unfortunate that this type of feedback doesn't get shared enough! to see this type of feedback enough! P.S. I truly hope that Bill and his team see this and I'm giving you my written permission to publish my name and / or share wth whomever! Thank you again for allowing me to voice my feedback and no, I'm not paid to say this, nor am I related in anyway :)
