Dan is the man. After waiting at Walmart for 20 min to find out they have 4 Tire jobs ahead of me and all I needed was a patch Dan hooked me up. His customer service is exactly what I expect in a store and seldom ever receive. I told him my story and he was like no problem we will get your tire right in and patched. Great Reps all three guys were running their asses off trying to help everyone. Great quick tire techs. Clean store.

this was my first time to big O. I didn't go sooner because I thought they would be more expensive than they are. I was really impressed with the selection they had in the showroom. I was holding off on getting winter tires because I thought I couldn't afford them but they had exactly what I wanted and the price was great so I got them right away. I'm so glad to have the new tires. I'll be back.

My only criticism is that I always feel like I'm getting upcharged when I bring my vehicle there. They offer me a service and then say they have a "coupon"� to make it cheaper. Seems very sketchy to me.

Came in for an oil change but also had an issue with brakes. The issue was, I felt, correctly diagnosed and shown to me at the car. I was able to get that problem also addressed. Also made aware of things I should be thinking about in the near future for the care of the car.

The Gentlemen up front are very helpful, the guys in the back do a good job as well as they are the work force! Thank you!

I was told the place I went to was on the news for bad business and over charging, I continued with my business there anyway, payed a lot for what I needed done, I hope I wasn't ripped off

Everything was good. Waited a little longer than I should of had to and they didn't put oil change stickers in the car and put my new tires in the wrong positions. Other than that the guys treated me right and took care of both of my vehicles.

Exceptional! Was able to get a same day appointment. Due to the nature of my repair, I needed to stay at the facility. The technicians kept me in the loop on the status of my repair. As I left, I was thanked for my time and given a handshake.

Great service and follow through

I have used the store repeatedly for years on my cars, boat trailer, and camper. And, have recommended that our company use them for our fleet services. They have always been fair priced and Honest! My most recent visit was awesome, they completed the work for less than expected and much quicker than anticipated.Previously, another dealer had recommended service work that I questioned. I took it to Big-O for a second opinion and as I expected the other dealer was over-stating my needs. Big-O saved my a bunch that time!
