Big O Tires

We were in Ankeny on family business and noticed that our car had a shimmy. We stopped by Big O tires after finding them on google. We expected to have our tires balanced. To our shock and surprise, one of our tires was very close to bald. When they took it off, they discovered that something under the tire was also bent (shows how much I know about cars). They got 4 new tires in and installed with amazing speed and were extremely responsive to our need to get it done so we could meet with our family. They were extremely informative and supportive. Wish they were closer to Omaha. That is where I would go every time.

I needed alignment done and they showed me a list of all 3 things they check for on the front and back of the vehicle. They showed before and after alignment results. It was a great experience, though they may need an extra worker in the bay.

The on-line scheduling was very easy and efficient. I had to call to see if I could make the appointment on a Half hour and the young lady was very polite and professional and a joy to speak with. She scheduled the appointment and called to confirm the time. Outstanding customer service. When I arrived at the store they were very polite and time efficient. I didn't have to wait as long as I anticipated so I was super happy. Thank you for all the great service. Good customer care is hard to find these days and I for one really appreciate the effort.

It was a great experience. I observed great leadership from the Manager, a caring, respectful atmosphere with with his employees. He showed such concern, care and friendliness to staff and customers. There isn't enough time to explain. Very unusual to see, very refreshing and heart warming.

Lucas and his staff are amazing. The communication is excellent and they stayed a little later to make sure I was able to get my rotors and brakes replaced. I will continue to come here for all my car needs and will refer everyone I know to come here.
