I thought price was a little high but satisfied with the work done both counter guys were very nice All in all a good experience

They guys in Ankeny are seriously the best people I've ever dealt with for vehicle work. This has become the only place my vehicle will be worked on.

I pulled in with my boat and trailer on the way to Canada from Kansas for a week's fishing, suspecting one of my trailer tires was going bad.The gentleman at the counter was extremely helpful in diagnosing the problem on short notice, and then had a new pair of tires installed on the trailer and I was on my way again in less than 30 minutes.I was very impressed and thankful.Now that's the way customer service should always be!!

Shaun and the whole crew were the best. I do not plan onn going back to Toyota, just staying with the BIG O in Ankeny!!!!

After waiting for a while, it was my turn to have tires replaced, when I realized that I had locking lugs and the key was at home. Rather than moving to the end of the line (I asked to avoid slowing them down) they arranged a ride for me, and by the time I returned with the wheel key, they had gotten the other lugs removed and had my new tires staged and ready to go on. 45 minutes later my car was good as new and rides like a dream. Genuinely the best customer service I've experienced in any industry!!

Bill was at the Urbandale store so Shawn waited on me and did an excellent job.

This all based off my first time visit. The guys were friendly and fixed my issue quickly (flat tire). I appreciated that they didn't bombard me with attempts to upsell anythibg and just got straight to the point.

Went in to patch a tire, ended up with an oil change, new air filter, windshield washer kit that actually works and a fixed tire. Car runs great and service was fantastic. Couldn't be more pleased.

Just had my car aligned at a major dealership in DSM and Big O corrected it. Smoothest my car has driven in months. Amazing customer service and friendly people.
