Shawn was the reason I came back in. He helped me in a tight timeframe before and seemed to have my interests in mind over his own. I needed tires and service on my daughters car done before college, basically the same day. He made it happen and was very helpful in the process. I would definately come back for future service. Honesty, friendliness and timeliness were key and I appreciated Shawn.

Ankeny is the best store I have dealt with I did go to Altoona store 1 time and left and never will set foot back in that store. I would tell anyone to go to the ankeny store. Altoona store just seemed like I was bugging them when I walked in the door.

I have been going to Big O for a few years now and have always got great service. They listen to me as to what is wrong and haven't ever pressured me on buying other services. They fix what is wrong with the vehicle and if there was an alternative other than repairs they let me know saving me hundreds of dollars in unnecessary repairs.

The guys in the office are the greatest, they show you your cost nothing hidden, and me being a women they didnt treat me like I was dumb or any of the other women in there , they really make you fell comfortable, leave you smiling .

I called in the morning to check on some tires, and got scheduled for that evening to get my tires. Doug took very good care of me. Excellent service!

I love Big O! You don't get better deals on tires and folks are super personable! Over the phone Bill definitely mentioned free alignment check, but once I said no to an alignment (pay for service) just is checked free. it seemed as though no alignment check was performed as nothing was shared. Either way, as far as tires go, big o is great and I would definitely go back! My debit card wouldn't work as credit and almost had to go to bank and they totally would have let me! Then they ran manually and worked just fine! Thanks again guys!

Fast, friendly service

I received great service. I did not have any of the things mentioned above offered. I didn't need to be met at my car and I would not want a credit card. However, the free alignment would have been nice. The did rotate my tires, so maybe they did the alignment and I just didn't understand. I am a new young widow, still trying to figure all of this out
