I just love my visits to the ankeny big o tires. There's workers that are always so friendly & genuine caring about my safety & my vehicles. Can't have a bad day there as they will always bring a smile to your face. Excellent work on all 4 of the cars I've taken over the past 3 years.

What an amazing job done - 2 flat tires, 2 separate vehicles and 2 days in a row. Called, said they could get me in - same day service on both! Couldn't ask for better service and they have earned a customer for life.

The team at Big O Tires in Ankeny is always extremely friendly, helpful, and honest. I have had a battery, brakes, and tires replaced as well as regular oil changes. If they ever think they have let a customer down they go over and above to address it.

I only have one thing, they did not put my caps back on the stems. I will be back in to get them

Bill was very helpful not only on the phone with my son but with me in person. He showed me what I had wrong with my lug nuts and to bring it back in and would get it fixed. He was very pleasant to work with and friendly. Will definitely be back to work with him again.

I came in last week and was having a horrible day. My tire blew up and was over heating on the interstate. They fixed it in no time and the employeeswere amazing and worked with me! I would recommend them to anybody! Thank you guys so much!
