Great experince

Third time in a month I had tire problems, Third time I needed a special tire, they found one in Pennsylvania, had it ordered in and notified me ASAP. Great customer service

Found what I need it and tge service was fast and really good.

They guys in Ankeny are seriously the best people I've ever dealt with for vehicle work. This has become the only place my vehicle will be worked on.

Really enjoyed the comfort of the waiting room. Nice comfy couch and big TV to watch.

Shaun and the whole crew were the best. I do not plan onn going back to Toyota, just staying with the BIG O in Ankeny!!!!

This was the third time I have had work performed on my car (new tires, oil change, radiator flush, brake fluid etc). I have been extremely satisfied with the quality of service, professionalism and cordial treatment. I also like the smaller size of the operation that can address my needs more quickly.

Bill Mitchell is an Awesome employee!!! He deserves a raise!!! I've been going there for 3 years now & had excellent service. Also they have great customer service. I'll be going there always. Those guys are wonderful!!! Give them all a raise!!!

Just like my last review. This store needs more help. Shawn Venenga does a wonderful job. Whenever I'm there he is pulled in multiple directions, with customers coming for estimates, to ones with work going on and all the phone calls. I counted 14 people in the store getting work done when innwas there last week. In think your missing out on a lot of money by not staffing this place more appropriately. Just my 2 cents.

Bill was totally outstanding in understanding my need for the proper tires for my vehicle. He showed me two styles of tires and I chose the one he highly recommended. He had them in stock and I purchased 4 new tires and asked when he could install them thinking it would be within a couple days. He said he could work me in now and have me on the road in an hour. Bill is very customer focused and I will continue to do business with him in the future.
