Found what I need it and tge service was fast and really good.

Everyone was exceptional. Made me feel right at home and went out of their way.

Really enjoyed the comfort of the waiting room. Nice comfy couch and big TV to watch.

Fitted our job in between scheduled customers. Enabled us to get back on the road quickly on our cross country trip. Had a flat. Man at front desk noticed cords showing. Sold, mounted, and balanced 4 and got it across the alignment rack in an hour and a half. Great service. Great coffee. Very nice folks at front desk and doing the work in the shop. Thanks to all your staff!

This was the third time I have had work performed on my car (new tires, oil change, radiator flush, brake fluid etc). I have been extremely satisfied with the quality of service, professionalism and cordial treatment. I also like the smaller size of the operation that can address my needs more quickly.

Very efficient with their explanations, service and no high pressure sales...just told you what you needed and did it.

They seemed to be short staffed at front desk. Wait times were longer than normal even though we were greeted at once.

I was traveling alone and my tire light went on. My heart sunk. These wonderful people helped me, encouraged me and had me back on the road in less than 30 minutes. Excellent service with kindness.

I am a multiple time returning customer. I have always been treated like family by Bill from day one. Professionalism, accuracy, and accommodation have been their goal sets everytime I've brought vehicles. I can't say for every service they are capable of but just as the name entails, tires and alignment are definitely their strong suits.

Once again, my last visit was more than I expected. I could not be more pleased with my service and pricing was more than fair! I definitely will recommend this fine establishment. Thank you again!!

Ya know when I went to BIG O Tires I went in with very very low expections regarding what was needed for my car and what I didnt think was going to happen. I must say that by the time I left, I made a complete "360" turn around of expectations and what actually happened. I am so very very happy with the customer service I received from Billy and Shawn. They couldn't have been more professional and helpful throughout.

Just like my last review. This store needs more help. Shawn Venenga does a wonderful job. Whenever I'm there he is pulled in multiple directions, with customers coming for estimates, to ones with work going on and all the phone calls. I counted 14 people in the store getting work done when innwas there last week. In think your missing out on a lot of money by not staffing this place more appropriately. Just my 2 cents.

I felt well taken care of as a first time customer. The appointment was efficient & I was on my way in the quoted time. Thanks for the good service!

So started vacation off by pulling into Casey's to inflate the air shocks and check tire pressure. While doing so, found a bulge on the left side trailer tire. Pulled into Big O Tire-Ankeny and as always Bill took care of me. This was at 5:45 and they close at 6:00. I know for a fact other places would say, we can get you in Friday morning at 11:00. Not Bill, he say let's get you in and get you back on the road. While he was jacking up the left side to remove the tire, while underneath positioning the floor jack, Bill notice two additional tires on the right side with bulges on the inside walls. He slides out from underneath and pointed out the failing rubber and stated, let's get you four tire and back onto that vacation. 1 hour later after closing- Bill had us back on the road. They had the tires in stock and I was not surprised how I was treated, that's why I pulled in the first place. They don't treat you as an inconvenience, but with respect and professionalism and treating you as a customer knowing you'll return for future business- ABSOLUTELY. I was pulled into Casey's for a purpose. If this would have gone unnoticed and the combination of simultaneous blowouts, would have flipped and rolled the trailer and truck. We were in town and across from from a tire center. Sometimes it not an inconvenience, but God talking to you.
