Big O Tires

These guys were really helpful in getting my wife and I some tires. Very friendly, professional, and transparent about the process and willing to work with us.

Dan and Sean were awesome. They made sure I knew everything that was going on, and went above and beyond to get the work done while staying in my time limit.

We got 4 new tires an alignment and an oil change it didn't take very long it was less than 2 hours and they didn't have our tires in stock they had to go to another store to get them service was great they still got everything done in less than 2 hours and the staff treated us very well very very respectfully We would highly recommend this business in Ankeny ia and they are very knowledgeable told us things we didn't know about tired

My husband passed in November. He took care of the vehicles. I had no idea what the "tire maintenance " light meant- haha. Josh was amazing. He educated me on my vehicle maintenance needs and pricing. His compassion and professionalism went far beyond "great"� customer service! He deserves both public and monetary recognition!!! I have sang Big O praises to all of my friends and family!

Outstanding customer service last night - I had a tire that needed a plug, showed up at the store 30 minutes before closing time and the team got the tire fixed. Service rep was great - from making sure it got done to even loading it in my car when it was ready. These guys will be my first choice for tire needs moving forward.

Totally saved my cross country trip from being a nightmare. (long story) . Extremely customer oriented, friendly people from manger to shop staff. The had the tires I needed in stock and got me in right away and even though short staffed that day the got my job done way more quickly than I expected. If I didn't live 1400 miles away I'd buy all my tires there. Dean Arizona.

Several years ago, we took all our cars to Big O in Ankeny. I got to know several of the employees. I was impressed with them for the fact that every visit they'd do only what needed taken care of. There would be times when they'd tell me that something was getting close but would access next visit. As a women, I didn't feel like they were trying to take advantage of me. I referred a lot of people. Then Big O closed suddenly and after a couple weeks someone else took over. Then every time we took a vehicle in, something major needed done. We didn't feel comfortable going anymore so we went to another place and have been there ever since. We were glad to hear that no one from that group is there any longer. Don got a good feeling from the employees and whomever he talked to. We will spread this around that things are back to normal. Thank you!! Cathy (Don's wife)

I was really impressed with the guys at the Ankeny store. The individual who answered the phone when I initially called was warm and courteous. We were sincerely and warmly welcomed upon arrival to the store and the men working were friendly to me and my kids. One employee asked my children's names and offered my 3 year old a balloon. A wonderful experience overall. We will definitely use and recommend this store in the future. Thanks guys!

customer service was the BEST! I made several calls to Big O that morning and I was just told to come in and they promise to take care of my tires. Reasonable prices was wonderful! And we were in and out of there as quickly as promised.

Had flat tire due to nail. Had road hazard on tires, so no charge. Half an hour and I was done. Great service.

Bill and the gang couldn't have been any nicer, took care of everything as planned. Put new wheels and tires on the front and mounted some nice drag radials on the rear. Great job.

The guys were friendly, open and really took good care of me. The were very detailed in the repairs I needed. Will be happy to return in the future
