I received great service stopped in to ask about tire options with Logan He showed me many options and help me with the best choice for my 2013 dodge charger A.W.D. He ordered them and said it may be 5 days but called me in less than 3 as they had come in and I was able to have them installed earlier than planned and on the day of install I had made my appointment for 10 which I was 15min. late yet they had my tires installed and alignment done before noon Logan did a outstanding job fr om start to completion as well as the big o tire team they did have issue with the hoist getting lowered to far and they had to use Jack's to raise my vehicle up to get the weight off the hoist I had concerns but they assured me all was all right and no damage was done.I will defiantly be a return customer.

They gave me a fair price and got the job done.

I have been coming to Big o Tires in Ankeny for about 4 years. I have come primarily because of their proximity to where I work. However Arie keep returning because of the customer service. I am very glad to see the people I e Bill and Shawn, have developed a loyal customer in me, and I'm glad to see that they now have a corporate ownership that supports them in their personal goals as well through the Willis automotive Group. Thanks to the Willis group for making Bill and Shaen want to be there.
