Big O Tires

My daughter had a blown tire on I-35. I could not get the wheel off. They hooked me up with a tow truck and we got there a half hour before they closed. The guys stayed 1 hour past closing trying to get it fixed with nothing but smiles. I ended up buying 4 tires at a great price so I didn't have to worry about this again in the future.

I was there a week ago or so with two nails in a screw in my tire they took care of my tire quickly and also replaced a swaybar link that was bad. They fixed me right up and got me back on the road.

I was greeted very friendly and polite. We discussed my purchase quickly and efficiently. I did not feel pressured at all. It was a great experience.

I always feel like there is a wait at BigO when I come in. Not because the service is slow or there is a long line - it just seems like the quality of service being given to the person before me in line is very high and they are doing their best to ensure that they get a product they want. Complimentary drinks are always available and I can usually watch anything I want on the TV. Service reps are helpful and informative. They are not degrading or pushy like at other places. Although mechanics can seem like outsiders sometimes, the ones at BigO seem to enjoy what they do, and it reflects on the company's business. I like that BigO has a walk-in policy and I am usually in and out within an hour. I definitely recommend BigO to friends and family for tires and tire service. Overall, BigO has nothing major to be worked on.

Woke up Thanksgiving Day 2018 to a tire flat as a pancake. Got the spare put on and started researching who to call. First thing Friday morning called Big O Tires. Asked if they worked by appointment and Bill asked how long will it take you to get here? That he'd take care of it. When I arrived, Bill checked all 4 tires, all were on their last legs, which I kind of suspected. Bill looked online at what inventory they had and instead of trying to hard sell anything, asked what my budget was. He showed me the exact tires that were available and explained the differences in each. Definitely treated me with courtesy and respect and I will be back to Bill's shop with my 4Runner.

The guys and gals here are always upbeat and willing to answer any question I have! The wait times are reasonable, especially since they are always busy! I appreciate them checking in on me since I always have to wait and always cracking a few jokes to keep the environment fun and upbeat!
