My tire pressure light came on and I brought my car in to have it checked. The team was very thorough and made sure my tires were ok. As a woman, I appreciated their friendly service and their professionalism.

the gentleman that I talked about finding me 2 good used tires for my truck , said he didn't have any but would check with other stores and call me , he called a week later with 2 very good tires , got them mounted and balanced and was out in under 1/2 hour , great job , will be back .

My wife had a tire with a slow leak. She was able to get to Big O, they checked it out fixed the problem and had her on her way in short time. It was one of the coldest days of the years.

Great customer service. I was contacted (by the manager I think, via phone) to confirm my online appointment for tires. He was gracious and funny. Great guy. Service was finished before they had said it would so we could pick it up early, so that was nice! In and out fast. No hidden fees, thank you for that! In fact it was less than on line quote. Todd

Friendly staff & treated me like a human. A lot of places have lost that ability but this store has helped me twice now. My appt. was for rotation of my tires; greeted me & gave me info on other locations since I travel a lot by car. From ordering the tires to getting in the same day it was all pretty painless. The tires I wanted were not available locally so the guy suggested some better ones I could get the same day.

This will be my 2nd time doing business at this location and both times the staff were all very nice and answered all my questions and I got exactly what I wanted!

I have been using this BigO Tire in Ankeny for about 5 years. I’m not sure if management has changed, but every time I go in for anything, regardless of who is tending to me, my needs are met in a very timely manner with extreme professionalism and courtesy. Any time I’m asked, I always recommend people stop in to BigO for anything they need.
