I had returned after getting my tires rotated and balanced ... One tire seemed to being loosing a little pressure day by day. Staff found a small wire that left a small hole. Working fine now - no pressure loss. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. I will continue to buy tires and recommend others to Big 0.

I have only been to this shop twice and both times, I got service beyond what I expected. Which when it comes to needing to purchase tires for any of my vehicles will most likely bring me back to this store.

They were very fast and friendly. Quick repair, I had a nail in my tire.

I really have no complaints other than I'm not sure if they did the tire rotation when they did my oil change. I told them to do it but on my print off sheet it only states oil change. Also I was working with the guys on an estimate and they were to email me the estimate and I have yet to receive this....I have called several times and I leave messages for a call back, but haven't received. I'm not really upset but I only have a set amount of time that I can turn the estimate in and so I have went to 2 other shops and got their estimate since I never received it from you guys. I know times get busy and stuff gets out of wack. But feedback will make y'all realize where the improvement needs to be. I do thank y'all for the kind customer service you give to me Everytime I do come in!
