Big O Tires

Great store, great service, good prices, very helpful, will be my go to place for tires from now on. Used to go to a local competitor, no more. This place I didn't have to wait either

I had been having a tire pressure problem in one tire for a couple weeks and wanted to go to a tire store. My first time here and they got me right in and got me fixed up and explained my tire problem.

The staff at the Ankeny branch was very friendly and kept me up to date on my repair throughout my visit.

Excellent customer service! And not just with me but a couple phone conversations they had with others while I was there. I thought I had booked an appointment online but it didn't complete but they still helped me pick out some new tires. Changed my tires and fixed my alignment and got me back on the road in about an hour.

Very helpful and friendly. Helped us even tow the vehicle a short way to the shop.

The guys there know me and always take care of me. They made taking my car to a shop ,as a former technician, easier than it normally is. Very professional and willing to go the extra mile.

Very impressive service, will (and have already) recommend to friends and family. Got tired of trying to deal with Fleet Farm's and Walmart's slow and unresponsive service and was immediately rewarded by exuberant customer service. Good with suggestions but not too pushy and I was very pleased with the prices. Seemed at least as good as the bigger stores if not better.

The entire crew at the Ankeny store are awesome!! Every time I go there they are soo friendly and get the work done very fast. They take the time to offer suggestions if you don't know exactly what tires you want and the prices are great. Love doing business with this store.

I had to have new tires on my car, months ago, and I kept waiting until I could afford them. When I finally called to make the appointment and discuss what I would be getting the way I was treated will forever be ingrained in my mind. The man I spoke with told me his daughter has the same vehicle as I and their price point was nearly the same, so he recommend tires, walked me through looking the brand up online, special ordered them, and explained the total cost. I appreciated the honest service and when the tires went on I drove off happy!

I pulled in big o tires on a Wednesday around noon. I had a shredded tire on my trailer. Bill was great to deal with when i walking in the door, and very knowledgeable. The service gentleman that replaced my tire was very efficient and professional. They had the tire changed out in 15 minutes and i was back on my way. I was very impressed with the staff at big o tire and would highly recommend this company.
