Big O Tires

Big O has consistently been very accommodating and helpful. I have had vehicle work done here a number of times, all with good results. This last visit, my car was going to need to be there for several hours and the manager offered me the use of his car to decrease my inconvenience. Very fair prices, as well.

They all did a great job. I'll be back to get the tires rotated and get an alignment. By the way, question 4 did not Indicate if 1 was best or 5 was best. I picked 5 as best. Hope that was correct.

Mr Bill and his team are absolutely fantastic at the Ankeny, IA location. You hear of so many shops like this that get people to spend money they do not need to and / or charge for work that wasn't done...These guys take you out to show you exactly what is wrong and recommend to fix it now or if they can hold off another 1000, 2000 miles, etc... This is my 3rd set of tires with Bill and his team and I'm also buying new wheels. Top notch Team!! Unfortunately, the general public is so fixed on complaining, filing lawsuits, etc., therefore, they do not pay attention and / or care to stop and think about the positive stuff these types of shops do! In addition, it's unfortunate that this type of feedback doesn't get shared enough! to see this type of feedback enough! P.S. I truly hope that Bill and his team see this and I'm giving you my written permission to publish my name and / or share wth whomever! Thank you again for allowing me to voice my feedback and no, I'm not paid to say this, nor am I related in anyway :)

I went in for an oil change and they gave me a head's up on the low quality of my car battery.6 days later I had to replace the battery.

Had a flat tire returning home to Illinois from ISU. Stopped in at Walmart to get tire repaired or fixed. They didn't have the right size tire in stock. We saw Big O tires down the road. We stopped in they were friendly and very helpful. They had us back on the road with new tire in less than a half hour. They easily could have charged us an inflated price since we were 5 hours from home but instead their price was very reasonable, cheaper than what Walmart was going to charge us if they had the tire in stock.

After apologizing for the time it was taking to change the oil in my car, my husband was offered the use of a truck to come and get me from work while they were still working on my car. Amazing!

They tracked down a very slow leak that was missed by another place a couple of times and fixed it without issue. Thank you

On a scale of 1-10, Bill & Logan are a 100! I don't know if I have ever been to a service shop and / or retail store where you are actually treated like the most important customer they've ever had!!! In addition, it's not just me, they treat every customer this way!! I live in Shawnee, KS (KC) and I come back to Big O in Ankeny for my tire / wheel service. I don't go to a local Big O where I live, due to the way Bill and Logan treat their customers! I'm not getting paid to say this :), just a very pleased customer! I'm not sure who gets these surveys, but I hope you share this with Bill, Logan, and their team and / or online review! I would even go as far as saying it would be good to secretly record these guys for a "�customer service training' and if you don't already know, you will be amazed! Great job Team Bill!
