I feel like they treat me with great respect and take care of me. I'm a single mom (newly widowed) and I went in knowing that I had one thing wrong, but they looked at my brakes too. Anyway-I really appreciate them.

The guy upfront was very nice and welcoming and made sure that they had the right oil and filter for my car. As a woman it’s hard to go into car shops like this because I usually get treated badly and the workers in the past at Walmart or other places have been extremely rude. At Big O Tires I was treated with kindness and respect and did not feel as I was getting scammed or cheated. I definitely would recommend anyone to come here 😊

We were in from out of town. Had a slow leak in one of the tires. They had us in and out quickly and for less than $20. Very friendly crew
