They guys in Ankeny are seriously the best people I've ever dealt with for vehicle work. This has become the only place my vehicle will be worked on.

It was a great experience. I observed great leadership from the Manager, a caring, respectful atmosphere with with his employees. He showed such concern, care and friendliness to staff and customers. There isn't enough time to explain. Very unusual to see, very refreshing and heart warming.

Bill was at the Urbandale store so Shawn waited on me and did an excellent job.

They were able to fix my problem (snow in wheel) without any issues. I'll definitely be returning when it comes time to replace my tires.

Shawn was the reason I came back in. He helped me in a tight timeframe before and seemed to have my interests in mind over his own. I needed tires and service on my daughters car done before college, basically the same day. He made it happen and was very helpful in the process. I would definately come back for future service. Honesty, friendliness and timeliness were key and I appreciated Shawn.

The guys in the office are the greatest, they show you your cost nothing hidden, and me being a women they didnt treat me like I was dumb or any of the other women in there , they really make you fell comfortable, leave you smiling .

They did an excellent job of repairing my flat tire. My wife and I were on our way to Ames, and they got us back on the road very quickly. They did quality work and the gentleman at the counter was very courteous and helpful!
