I always enjoy working with Shawn. He always makes me feel like a very appreciated and valued customer.

Friendly staff & treated me like a human. A lot of places have lost that ability but this store has helped me twice now. My appt. was for rotation of my tires; greeted me & gave me info on other locations since I travel a lot by car. I will go out of my way to bring my car here & purchase tires from this location in the future. Being nice goes a long way. Thank you. Audrey Baker

This will be my 2nd time doing business at this location and both times the staff were all very nice and answered all my questions and I got exactly what I wanted!

Fitted our job in between scheduled customers. Enabled us to get back on the road quickly on our cross country trip. Had a flat. Man at front desk noticed cords showing. Sold, mounted, and balanced 4 and got it across the alignment rack in an hour and a half. Great service. Great coffee. Very nice folks at front desk and doing the work in the shop. Thanks to all your staff!

We were in Ankeny on family business and noticed that our car had a shimmy. We stopped by Big O tires after finding them on google. We expected to have our tires balanced. To our shock and surprise, one of our tires was very close to bald. When they took it off, they discovered that something under the tire was also bent (shows how much I know about cars). They got 4 new tires in and installed with amazing speed and were extremely responsive to our need to get it done so we could meet with our family. They were extremely informative and supportive. Wish they were closer to Omaha. That is where I would go every time.

I have come in twice now and each time received excellent service. But also very friendly service, which I appreciate. Each person was knowledgeable and friendly. Service was quick and complete. I would recommend this location highly.

Wonderful service!

I needed alignment done and they showed me a list of all 3 things they check for on the front and back of the vehicle. They showed before and after alignment results. It was a great experience, though they may need an extra worker in the bay.

Third time in a month I had tire problems, Third time I needed a special tire, they found one in Pennsylvania, had it ordered in and notified me ASAP. Great customer service
