These guys continue to go above and beyond to make sure I'm a happy customer. They've certainly earned my business the right way.

I had to get a tire fixed on our Prius. They couldn't fix it because it damaged too badly. They provided a replacement matching my tires and getting the work done fast.

Outstanding customer service last night - I had a tire that needed a plug, showed up at the store 30 minutes before closing time and the team got the tire fixed. Service rep was great - from making sure it got done to even loading it in my car when it was ready. These guys will be my first choice for tire needs moving forward.

My tire pressure light came on and I brought my car in to have it checked. The team was very thorough and made sure my tires were ok. As a woman, I appreciated their friendly service and their professionalism.

Several years ago, we took all our cars to Big O in Ankeny. I got to know several of the employees. I was impressed with them for the fact that every visit they'd do only what needed taken care of. There would be times when they'd tell me that something was getting close but would access next visit. As a women, I didn't feel like they were trying to take advantage of me. I referred a lot of people. Then Big O closed suddenly and after a couple weeks someone else took over. Then every time we took a vehicle in, something major needed done. We didn't feel comfortable going anymore so we went to another place and have been there ever since. We were glad to hear that no one from that group is there any longer. Don got a good feeling from the employees and whomever he talked to. We will spread this around that things are back to normal. Thank you!! Cathy (Don's wife)

the gentleman that I talked about finding me 2 good used tires for my truck , said he didn't have any but would check with other stores and call me , he called a week later with 2 very good tires , got them mounted and balanced and was out in under 1/2 hour , great job , will be back .

My wife had a tire with a slow leak. She was able to get to Big O, they checked it out fixed the problem and had her on her way in short time. It was one of the coldest days of the years.

Had flat tire due to nail. Had road hazard on tires, so no charge. Half an hour and I was done. Great service.

Great customer service. I was contacted (by the manager I think, via phone) to confirm my online appointment for tires. He was gracious and funny. Great guy. Service was finished before they had said it would so we could pick it up early, so that was nice! In and out fast. No hidden fees, thank you for that! In fact it was less than on line quote. Todd
