Big O Tires

I have been coming to Big o Tires in Ankeny for about 4 years. I have come primarily because of their proximity to where I work. However Arie keep returning because of the customer service. I am very glad to see the people I e Bill and Shawn, have developed a loyal customer in me, and I'm glad to see that they now have a corporate ownership that supports them in their personal goals as well through the Willis automotive Group. Thanks to the Willis group for making Bill and Shaen want to be there.

They seemed to be short staffed at front desk. Wait times were longer than normal even though we were greeted at once.

Great service. Without an appointment, end of day to repair a flat. Had to have new tires all the way around. They accommodated my need to have the tires put on right away. Super group of guys! Thank you.

Excellent customer service! They definitely go beyond what I have come to expect out of a dealership or other mechanic shop! Will gladly go out my way of my way to bring my car to them!

Always the best

I am a multiple time returning customer. I have always been treated like family by Bill from day one. Professionalism, accuracy, and accommodation have been their goal sets everytime I've brought vehicles. I can't say for every service they are capable of but just as the name entails, tires and alignment are definitely their strong suits.

The customer service at this store is amazing. I've been going there for years and trust them more than the dealer. I will keep coming back!

Ya know when I went to BIG O Tires I went in with very very low expections regarding what was needed for my car and what I didnt think was going to happen. I must say that by the time I left, I made a complete "360" turn around of expectations and what actually happened. I am so very very happy with the customer service I received from Billy and Shawn. They couldn't have been more professional and helpful throughout.
