The staff was really helpful and friendly. I left another place because I heard of your service and after the first visit I was completely satisfied and will be using the Ankeny store.

I was told shortly after dropping off my vehicle what the problem was with my tire. After that, they got my tire fixed quickly and told me exactly what they did.

I will not go any where else. Ankeny store is the best.

Needed tire replaced on boat trailer and they did the job within 1/2 hour and I didn’t have an appointment. We were on the lake right after lunch the same day.

This group is awesome! They are so friendly, they made sure I was taken care of quickly as I was on my lunch break. They really take great care of the customer! Will definitely return!

I LOVE Big O Tires! I have been a customer for a few years now and have always been treated right since my first stop. I knew I was valued when Billy, the old Ankeny store manager, recognized my vehicle as I pulled in on my second visit, before I could even get out of the car! Billy and Shawn (or Sean) are genuine people and really care about their customers. Everyone that works there is great to work with. They know me, they know my car, and we have a good relationship. The only downside is that I feel they tend to take longer to get everything done, but I don't blame them for that. They are always crazy busy whenever I am in and have several things going on at once. I don't really even mind waiting since the employees are so customer-oriented. I have no idea how they pull it off.

Bill and all the guys are great. Going above and beyond to make it right. Will always trust Big O!

Needed a screw removed from my tire[ 3 mos. old car] and have the damage repaired. 2 other places in town were either short staffed or used the upcoming 4th of July as an excuse why they couldn't help me out in an unexpected emergency. Needed it fixed so I could attend an out of town wedding. Thank you Luke for genuine customer concern and attention. It did not go unnoticed , as I recently retired from 39 years of retail. You will be highly recommended to family and friends.

Bill and company always take good care of my family. We have 5 cars so we have had a lot of tire issues and they are always able and willing to help right away. They are fair in their pricing as well. Would recommend them to everyone!
