Everyone was very nice and accommodating and explained everything that I asked

I received prompt and courteous service. My need was handled swiftly and done properly.

All went well with the exception of the exception of part supplier delay.

Tevin was who I dealt with he is very professional yet makes your experience fun. The place was clean and coffee area was well stocked. Got me in and out quickly for my oil change and saw my rocker arms were bad. When I got them fixed they were done one time and budget.

I work nights, and go to Big O when ever any thing is wrong with my vehicle. This visit, I had a problem with brakes, they got my car in right away. Started working on it and their parts distributed did not have one of the brake calipers, and it would not be delivered until the next day. Sean loaned his personal vehicle to me so I could go home 60 miles away. THAT IS SERVICE ABOVE AND BEYOND EXPECTATIONS! My vehicle was done before noon the following day! Thank you so much Sean and the rest of the staff at the Ankeny Big O. You guys are great!

The price to fix my tire that had a nail in it was fantastic, I was surprised by that. Even when they’re busy, they always fit me in with emergency situations.

I was originally not going to wait for my car, I decided to wait- they said it would be 45 minutes and it was 15. Also I signed up for a time and they called that it wouldn't work but accommodated 30 minutes prior to the time I singed up - very pleasant, friendly, fast and professional!

Quick, friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. We had a great experience and like coming here for our car needs. This last visit was due to an issue created from the service the time before last, but the resolution was fast, everyone was kind, and Big O Tires was quick to recognize their mistake and do everything possible to fix it and make us happy.
