Employees were extremely friendly and knowledgeable. During inspection I had previously known that I needed new brakes but not to the extent of the wear. I was under no pressure to immediately replace the brakes but it was politely brought to my attention for my own safety.

They are courteous, always answer the phone and when put on hold don't wait long. I prefer an auto service shop where if I schedule an appointment, my car is normally worked on soon after I arrive.

Woke up Thanksgiving Day 2018 to a tire flat as a pancake. Got the spare put on and started researching who to call. First thing Friday morning called Big O Tires. Asked if they worked by appointment and Bill asked how long will it take you to get here? That he'd take care of it. When I arrived, Bill checked all 4 tires, all were on their last legs, which I kind of suspected. Bill looked online at what inventory they had and instead of trying to hard sell anything, asked what my budget was. He showed me the exact tires that were available and explained the differences in each. Definitely treated me with courtesy and respect and I will be back to Bill's shop with my 4Runner.

The guy working the check-in was very friendly and was able to get my car in the same morning that I called. I didn't have to wait, and I needed my car's radiator replaced that same day because I had a trip planned that afternoon. The price was exactly as described when I first took my car in too. No surprise charges, which I very much appreciate. The location as a whole was clean, just the bathroom could use a little TLC.

Had been having multiple issues with my truck that I had seen other repair shops and they did not resolve the problems. These guys fixed at twice the quality and half the price. I will be going there for all my auto needs. Great service.

I made my appointment online and when I arrived, they were ready for me. My tires were on and an alignment was done in little over an hour. I think this was great service, done in a timely manner. No additional products were pushed on me and I appreciate it.
