Big O Tires

Big O Tires service is beyond my expectations. They're doing a great job every time I need Tires.

I’ve always had excellent customer Service when I visit this big O tire location. Even with newer staff there, I have excellent customer service, particularly Luke. Luke walked me through which tires I wanted to purchase for my Chevy Silverado, I appreciated his expertise.

I am just a little confused. I was told that I needed two back tires until I stated that I had a warranty. Then I didn't need them anymore

This store, specifically billy, went way above and beyond to help me out. I needed two trailer tires on a busy Saturday morning and they worked me in and got me going. Will definitely be returning. I've never had better customer service.

I LOVE my guys at Big O Tires!!! They know me as soon as I walk in the door and always take good care of me. I brought in two tires that I blew out hitting a curb. One of them I bought from a Colorado Big O location and Ankeny reached out to them on my behalf to get a copy of the tire warranty, as my copy was in my car on the side of the road a mile away. I try to do everything at Big O and rave about them to everyone who hasn't tuned me out yet.

The staff was super friendly and appropriate. They quickly found the problem and fixed it in quick order. I have had few experiences that have exceeded this visit when it comes to retail service.

I love this place. I came in for a free tire rotation initially for my visit since I bought my good year tires here previously. It is usually very busy but it wasn't for some odd reason, so I ordered an oil change on the spot to help both of us out. I love your inexpensive tires and friendly service!
