Big O Tires

I travel all across the country and I have been in the retail business for over 40 years so I feel what say is a will qualified opinion. This was by far the best reception and service that I have received anywhere . Employees make a Difference.

Stopped in to see if oil change and tire rotation could be completed. The guys were able to get me in and out quickly. They also did a great job of working with all the other customers!

I had returned after getting my tires rotated and balanced ... One tire seemed to being loosing a little pressure day by day. Staff found a small wire that left a small hole. Working fine now - no pressure loss. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. I will continue to buy tires and recommend others to Big 0.

Was VERY impressed with the staff that works at this store - very friendly service,that will take the time to explain what is going on - and take the time to listen - help you choose the right fit tire for our needs... couldn't ask for a nicer, helpful and pleasant guy than Bill - He has all of our business now... When someone takes the time to end up being your friend - that is AWESOME service!!!!!

There was a mistake with making the appointment, and the person that help over the phone help right away and with no problem.

Billy was the gentleman that helped me, he has always been that expertise guy, but Logan has always been the gentleman that help me, and I can say I truly miss his EXPERTISE, he helped when I didn't ask for it, do not know what happened but I can say you lost a true salesman. My 2 cent please tell Sean to not say anything about Logan, he don't know want relationship any of the customers may have had. Thank you
