The only concern I have is that I was told my Avalon would need new tires on the next rotation. The tires only have 22, 000 miles on them. I purchased them at Big O. They have a 40, 000 mile warranty. I dont understand how a tire would be in that condition at that mileage. Is this just a faulty set of tires?

They were upfront and honest when I asked them what they recommended for my truck and they had tires in the following day and got me in and out in a timely manner and keep me updated and service person was very nice and informing

The staff was very friendly and helpful. I was shown several options of tires to purchase, at different price ranges, with no pressure to buy. Would recommend to others.

This Big O location has always treated us great and worked with us on anything that needs to be done with our cars, even if it means taking somewhere else.

Bill and his staff did an outstanding job checking out what the problem was with my car, telling what needed to be repaired and the cost associated with the repairs, and getting it repaired the same day.
