We were well treated. Customer service was excellent and service was fast, efficient and on point. Came to Big O because of run around and very slow service at local car dealership.

Had a leak in my tire so went right in to have it fixed. I was in & out in record time & didn’t have a problem. Very satisfied.

The employees are always very friendly, and the service is typically pretty quick. There is bottled water and coffee in the waiting area, and customers were wearing masks. The oil change was great!

Luke and the staff at this location have been great with their customer service, their knowledge, their friendliness and the willingness to make sure I was informed on everything that was going on with my car. No matter how many questions I asked (good or terrible, LOL) Luke and his team answered every question I had with honesty and friendliness. I felt like even though I had asked a bad/dumb question that they didn't make me feel like it was a bad/dumb question. The professionalism there is awesome in my experience there.

I went to the Ankeny location. Billy greeted my daughter and I when we got there. He was very friendly and kind. He went the extra mile. You don't see customer service like him very often!

When making my appointment they were friendly and didn't leave me on hold very long. Tevin checked me in he is always friendly. The man changing my oil Tyler came out and told me I had a nail in one and it was being patched. Always come to Ankeny location I'm never disappointed

The guy (shawn venenga) seemed like he was trying to satisfy everyone at the location. He worked fast. He cleared out the line faster then the other guy. He was excellent.

I came in after having a bad experience with a competitor. The guys at the Ankeny, Iowa location were excellent and made feel welcome. My goal was to save a little money (less than $20) by going to the competitor. Next time I will be going to BigO for all services I can. I have always had a great experience with them and that matters more than a couple bucks to me. Excellent customer service from all staff. Great work!
