Had a flat tire returning home to Illinois from ISU. Stopped in at Walmart to get tire repaired or fixed. They didn't have the right size tire in stock. We saw Big O tires down the road. We stopped in they were friendly and very helpful. They had us back on the road with new tire in less than a half hour. They easily could have charged us an inflated price since we were 5 hours from home but instead their price was very reasonable, cheaper than what Walmart was going to charge us if they had the tire in stock.

Came in for a oil change told them what oil my car needed and they came back after checking stating that the was not the correct oil and that they will put in the right oil for the same price

I had a tire that kept going low and I finally took it to Your place as we have been there many times and they have never failed to be the nicest and professional. Fixed the tire in record time and the charge was less than I expected. We will not go anywhere except Big O Tires in Ankeny!! Thank you

I didnt have an appointment and went in to price tires. I needed 4 new tires and wanted to get a quote. I received several quotes and was told I could get those put on the same day and wouldn't have to wait long. Staff were friendly and the wait time wasn't long. The staff member that served me was very personable and took the time to give me several tire quotes. Very happy with my experience. Thank you.
