Great tires, great prices, great service

The service was good but the only pricing should match what is sold in store and be solidly the same price or within the ball park but it ended up being substantially more. The service was good , it was quick I give them that thank your for not making me wait so long and getting the tire fast for something not in stock. That I do greatly appreciate

The guys went out of their way in getting the tires on my Corvette rotated from side to side. At first they didnt think it was possible because my car sits so low. But they gave it another look and were able to position swveral floor jacks around the car and got the job done. Im very appreciative of their efforts s my home floor jack cannot get under the car. Great job guys!

I came in with an air pressure issue. I was filling up my tires every other day. The tech looked at all tires, assessed the issue and came back with two options. We took the biggest step forward despite a small fee to myself, but it has worked out exactly as the staff knew it would. That is a great demonstration of expertise. From a customer perspective I have never been happier with these tires. I appreciate the guys in the shop. They know this business.

I had a flat and needed a oil change, they found other issues and quickly let me know what and cost.

In getting ready for winter I had Big O Tires install new tires. After completing the install on my 2014 Grand Cherokee I told Doug to rotate the tires on our Grand Caravan. He call shortly after to inform that it would be better to replace them. As we are driving the vacation van to Colorado next week I took him up on it. Very happy

The staff was quick and efficient. they quickly solved the problem. they advised of other potential issues. They got me in and out as fast as they could.
