super nice folks, did exactly what I asked

Tevin was awesome and so understanding. It was a rough day for me trying to find tires and I think part of that was due to being female. The associate at the Ankeny location was very nice and directed me to the Urbandale location because they had a full set of what I was looking for. I was in and out pretty quickly even though is was over 100 degrees.

I was greeted by name and they got me right in. The service was fast, no problems, it was an hour before close and I was great full door the service.

Friendly and fast service. We had our brake pads and rotor replaced on 1-axel for 2013 Ford Focus. So far, all is good. Earned bonus gift card since we use our Big O credit card which helps in the end with total bill. The guys care and explain service - I'm easy going so my expectations may be more relaxed than others.
