Big O Tires

Great service!

Needed a tire plug and they did it quickly.

They did the requested work quickly & at a very competitive price.

I thought the price was fair for the work I had requested and the service was done to my satisfaction. My only problem was this time and the last time the mechanic got some dirt or grease on the A pillar on the inside of my car but the reception person gladly cleaned it off for me.

everything fast and smooth

I have bought every set of tires for my four vehicles at Big O in Urbandale for the last 15 years. This most recent set of tires would've been cheaper at the General Motors dealer where I had my car but I wanted to go back to Big O because of their great service and convenience. I wouldn't buy tires anywhere else

Good quick service nice staff

They had to bring the tires in from out if state. They were no on the truck they were supposed to be on. Had to wait an extra day to get the tires.

My issues were addressed and fixed. Thank You-I will continue the work with Big-O for my tire and brake needs.
