I thought the staff was real friendly and they helped me apply for financing as I couldn't afford the repair at that time. Made me and my husband feel at home by setting the tv channel

Fast and friendly service on the phone and I set the appointment. I felt like a person as I walked in and not a number. Address me with my name and that shows they care where I come from.

I appreciate the quality of the tires and the quality the service that I receive at big O. The check in process with Dan was very easy and they accomplished my tire rotation in about 15 minutes.

Slow leak in 2 tires. Got me in quick and had me taken care of under warranty. No issues.

Ease of scheduling, convenient to drop off after hours, work completed when promised & paperwork all completed when I arrived.

Everyone i work with here is great. my only problem is, that my issue wasnt fixed the first time. I had 2 slow leaks. brought the car. they told me both were fixed. after 4 days, one leaked again. it took me a month to find time to get back in. guys are very nice and i think fixed it this time, just wish it would have been fixed the first time.

the service is great. It is helpful that they are always upfront about what your card needs and why & then the pricing that it will cost. I went there originally for tires and have kept going back for everything.

Back again. I came back through today to get an alignment and once again was impressed. All three guys were great talking with and while I waited (short wait) one of them spoke to me of other issues to keep an eye on. Truck was ready to go in a surprisingly short time. I was expecting 45 min. Or so but was like 20-30 min.. always a great experience.

All staff members were very friendly from the moment I walked through the door, they explained all services to me before charging me for anything.

After being in the Des Moines area for 6 years now I have found a go to place for most of my vehicles needs. I have had run inns with other companies and non stack up to what this place offers wether it be customer service, price, efficiency and knowledge. Thanks for what you guys bring to Des Moines.

So smooth. Basically I chose my tired online and then just dropped off my car and picked it up. Very easy. Staff was friendly

I was just there to fix a flat. However while there, I saw technicians explain in detail and with examples what wrong with another woman’s brakes: they even showed her how her brake looked and what it ought to look like. This level of respect and service is admirable in an industry that often takes advantage of people.

I've been a Big O customer for years.

He told me I might have to wait it was a flat tire. I waited a half hour and they got me in and it only took them 20 to 30 minutes to fix the tire. I am a tech myself and they were very professional
