I dropped of my f150 with Thomas and he was extremely nice and the whole process was very smooth, they called when it was completed, I came and paid and walked out took like 5mins max

I've been going to Ogden Midas for years. They have excellent customer service and are always dependable. I think working with a small staff is more personable than the large dealerships. I like being able to talk to the people who are actually working

I am currently moving cross country from Washington state to North Carolina. While traveling I got caught in the winter storm that required me to put on snow chains that caused damage to my abs late Friday night. I called so many places Saturday morning trying to get in but most places were closed or didn’t have the availability. Knowing that Utah is mostly closed on Sunday, I knew if I didn’t get my car fixed now, I would be stuck till at least mid Monday. I called this place in a last ditch attempt and they were able to see me right away. They didn’t have the part needed to fix my abs and no where had it either. They fixed this problem by attempting to repair the part, which they did. They gave me a discount and I am beyond thankful for them!

I was informed about what was being done and what is needed in the future.

As a female I appreciate the guys didn't treat me as though I don't know anything. They were honest and upfront about everything they done.

These workers were so accommodating and I think they did a great job on our four wheel alignment. I am noticing better gas mileage and even with this winter gas? I am grateful for the fast service and that the tires will not wear on the inside of the front tires and that will make the new tires last longer! Thank you!
