Erick is great to work with for any vehicle problems. This is an honest shop which seems to be rare these days unfortunately. He got me in for a brake job on a busy day because I had a long trip the next day. I had my tires rotated at Schwab and they said

I love this store! I’ve brought it twice requesting work and they communicated very well about the state of my car. For example, they said I will not need new break pads today since my current ones are still in good shape. They could have easily lied and said I needed them, like other mechanics do, but they were honest, thorough, and kind. I’ve been to so many shops over the years across the country and this location is by far the best customer service experience i’ve ever received. I have been recommending it to all my friends and family.

Great very professional in what the shop does

Erick was great and so helpful. As a woman, I don’t enjoy taking my car in for service due to sexist male mechanics/techs. I didn’t once feel that way at this Midas location.
