I had an experience a while back with Big O when I bought my car in for a windshield eyebrow and they discovered my battery was dead. Rather than the gentleman trying to see me a battery, he was kind enough to start my cleaning the contact posts on my battery and then giving me tips to keep them in contact. I appreciated his honesty so much. I know when I was ready for an oil change or any service, I would go there. Customer service is HUGE. Today I had my oil changed and again, the customer service was amazing. I am completely satisfied and will definitely be a regular customer now.
