I got tye wheel alignment i wanted for a very fair price and when they inspected my brakes and told me they were in need of replacement they did not pressure me or make me feel incompetent like some places will do. It was a good visit with down to earth people.

I've been doing business with big-o since 1989.. I've been treated great... They always have the answers and very knowledgeable!!! THAT PRICES ON TIRES AND RIMS... I tell everyone to try them....you guys beat tire barn everytime... I just wish there was one in Columbus... KEEP UP THE GOOD THE WORK!!

I came in for an oil change and rotate of my tires. I had, had a leak in my tire for a while and thought that is was a slow leak in the stem valve or something. I did not have to wait long, upon paying I was told that I had a nail in my tire. Well that made since.... but I am appreciative of the honesty, great customer service and promptness of the gentleman. Just wish you guys had another location in Columbus, IN. Makes it hard to come to Seymour during the week after work and Saturdays are too busy for me.

I bought my tires at Big O, called because one of them was losing air, the associate told me to stop by. It got checked and replaced for free because of where the tire was losing air. I am very happy with their customer service and produce :)

We pretty much go here for almost everything we need done to our vehicles. They always stand by there work. Never a long wait. Great people who wait on you...Just over all; ;just a pleasant place to do our services for our vehicles. Always pleased....

This store is the best. I've been coming here for years. Service and products are excellent, but the real reason customers are faithful to this store is the staff. They literally bend over backwards for the customers. I am a customer for life.

The guys up front in your Seymour, Indiana store are AWESOME...they sing and dance, always in a good mood and very informative and honest. The crew in the garage very efficient and pull no punches. They do the job and do it well.
