Big O Tires

Since I had purchased the tires at Big O, my rotation/balance was free of charge. They also knocked the ice off my wheel well.

Always timely and efficient work. Associates are friendly and easy to work with and provide appropriate updates when other issues are found. I’ve never felt I was being upsold, and the integrity and honesty of associates has always seemed sincere.

It was easy and quick to get the appointment. I brought my truck in 10 minutes early. They were right on it and took to service area. I waited and read a magazine and had a fresh coffee. I was told it was done. Made payment and received my keys and a sticker telling milage for next change. All a pleasant experience.
