Justin had excellent customer service and handled my tire emergency very quickly on a busy day.

This Big O Tires has always treated me right and customer service is great. The owner is extremely personable and just gives you that good feeling you want when walking into a business. The prices are competitive and the Big O brand tires are definitely worth checking out (usually great deals/warranty). Will continue to do business at this location.

Got the repair done using the type break pads I wanted. Was able to use a coupon mailed to me a few days ago. Staff was friendly. Waiting room was adaquate and comfortable.

During the servicing off my vehicle upon inspection of the brakes which I thought may need to be replaced it was determined to evaluate at next oil change and monitor from there.

Matt Terry was super helpful in making sure I understood what was going on with my car. I have an oil leak, he explained everything to me and offered me to bring the car back a few days later to look at it a little closer. Super nice as well.
