I called to see how busy the store was and told the wait was 1.5 hrs. The technician then offered to complete a ticket so I would be on the list when I arrived. This worked out great and I only had to wait a short period of time for the service to be performed. Always great service at our local Big O store!

They always treat me with respect and kindness. They get the job done quickly, they don’t treat me like other places have meaning I’m a woman and treat me like I’m stupid, Big O people don’t they treat me good. I have gone to Big O for a long time and I will continue to go there.

Good employees and fast service

Very easy and personalable. I’ve definitely received sexist attitudes at other places I’ve the years but had none of that at Big O. Everyone was friendly (despite being understaffed and super busy) and treated me with respect
