They did everything that I told them to do.

They were pleasant to deal with. They were pretty busy and I needed 4 tires replaced. They said be 2 hours till they were done. It didnt even take them an hour. Rite in to drop it off and when done was out in less than 5 min.

Jason (Head Mechanic) always does a great job. I could not break my rims off the wheel hub (F150) and after 2 hrs I called Big O, 1 to see if Jason still worked there & 2, for availability.

The three gentlemen there working were very friendly and helpful. They kept me posted on what they were doing and how long it would take. I was in and out very quickly. I also appreciate how the counter man went BBC to my car and covered seats, steering wheel and floor board with plastic protection in bbn order to no get it dirty. Thanks guys!

I called to schedule an oil change towards the end of the day. The associate was very professional and got me scheduled for a same-day appointment. I was not only greeted professionally but, also, respectfully. My husband is active duty, so we enjoyed the military discount on top of the great service.
