They always treat me with respect and kindness. They get the job done quickly, they don’t treat me like other places have meaning I’m a woman and treat me like I’m stupid, Big O people don’t they treat me good. I have gone to Big O for a long time and I will continue to go there.

Upon arrival they explained that they don’t staff mechanics on the weekends, so they couldn’t complete all I have schedule for, but we rescheduled easily and even added some extra necessities for my next visit.

Sales counter was very dry and had me get s print out from Walmart cost of tires . I was not happy with Walmart when I got my first set of tires, they didn't torque them in almost lost my front end of my car from it are almost falling off. So I think his name was Jordan I talk to at big O. And he offered a close same deal. I was extremely happy thank you so much. Merry Christmas and happy new year.
