WAY overpriced and misleading tactics....very unhappy

Bedford Big O - The Place to Go! I can't say enough good things about the Bedford Big O Team. They're humble champions, and we're lucky to have them. I trust and rely on their expert knowledge and no-nonsense approach to taking good care of each and every customer!

I've been going to this store since my sister recommended you. Due to what happened the last time I went in I will never return! I took my wife's Ford in due to noise with braking and was told after it went into the bay that the brakes were fine. The next day the noise was worse so I took it in to the dealer and was told the inner linings of both rear brakes were metal and had scored the rotors so bad they had to be replaced. Seems none of your guys could be bothered to check when I took it to you first.

I went on a Saturday for an oil change.They got me right in and out.They were also very friendly and professional.

I was having a problem with a vibration. I went to have the tires balanced and told them specifically to check for a bad tire. I was a very busy evening at the store. As I left, I found the vibration was worse than before. I went home a found a large bulge on the inside of the driver front tire. When my wife took it back, they were totally unconcerned about the danger we had been placed in because they had missed a potentially dangerous situation. Be very careful when you go to this store.

Dropped a tire off to get fixed today at 12:30. Didn't get the tire back until 3:27 that is after I went up to check how things was going two times. Then was charged a labor few, mount and balance, and a rebuild kit. For having to wait that long to get just one tire fixed and having to go up and check how progress was going two times before the tire was actually it getting fixed the fees should have been waived. I will not be back to this or any Big O Tires again.

Good experience

Went to Big O Tires for tire replacement due to nail in tire. The service writer that ordered my tires failed to inform me that they do not warranty the tires I had purchased from them. I went to Wal-Mart right after leaving Big O Tires and purchased the same tire for $50 less than what I paid at Big O Tires and it came with Road Hazard and Warranty.

Dropped off tire and had it fixed in no time. Everyone always friendly and they have gone the extra mile and helped me out when I really needed it. Squeezed me in so I could get Bobcat fixed and finish the job.

Always easy and good experience

I went in for oil change. It went quicker and cheaper than expected. A nail was found in tire and referred to me for decision. I brought to their attention I had bought tires there and was immediately put to ease by manager letting me know it would be covered by warranty if nail had pierced deep. Luckily, it was a short nail and not an issue. I feel as though these guys in Bedford always have my best interest in mind. I will continue getting oil changed and tires replaced here for this reason. Good customer service and quick, thorough oil changes. Thanks to all!
