I have yet to have a good experience with this facility, yet I've given them ample opportunity to redeem themselves-but they have been a complete fail Over the years different vehicles different requirements- not one satisfied trip

When my wife called she scheduled an alignment and tire rotation; but when my daughter brought her car up there you all did the alignment, but didn't rotate the tires!

Good knowledge of tires and needs for specific car models. I will go back for future tires and service.

next time I buy tires it will not be at this place I just got through eating at $100 brand new tire that I have never even driven and they tell me it's my fault I was not offered any options I was greeted by a young kid who knew nothing about what was going on with how to sell tires how to greet customers had to deal with their problems nothingalso I had to get my own tire out of the trunk of a car that was told to put it over there so they could look at it I wonder how they treat other people I am 52 years old I didn't know a 16 year old couldn't pick a tire out of the trunk of a car that he had show me a week or two later all the sudden it's my tire and not his whatever happened to respect the elderly I wonder if my mother he's 80 years old came in here with a bad tire they make her take it off of her car

While I was there one of the managers came to me to state I needed the cabin filter changed. It did need it but I couldn't afford it at the time. I asked to have it blown clean with air. The manager handed it to a technician in the shop who then threw it across the shop and walked away. I felt I was highly disrespected by this tech and my property was handled with carelessness.

I have been getting my tire service here for years. Have seen a steady degradation in service. Today, I was told about an hour wait for tire rotation and balance. An hour and 40 minutes later my car was still not in the bay. Told them I had to leave and to pull my ticket. Looked like they couldn't find it. I am done with this place and never going back. BTW, I looked at comments and it appears the store's feedback on individual comments is written by a pleasant robot.

Less than two weeks after we got 4 new tires, a terrible thumping started. I made it home and we discovered that all the lug nuts on the driver's side rear wheel were almost ready to fall off. Thankfully I was only going 12 miles home on a county road and not going to Indy doing 70 mph on the interstate. I understand mistakes happen, but this was a simple case of not paying attention and it could have resulted in an accident. My husband took the car back in the next day and the manager was very apologetic.

I needed a tire plugged shortly before close. I offered to come back the next day but your employees insisted it was fine. Very friendly very fast and it was done right. Walmart claimed my tire could not be fixed even though the small nail was one inch away from the sidewall. I will never go anywhere except Big O ever again. Thank you.

I came in on Tuesday to have a flat repaired, after waiting for almost two hours it was finished and then Friday I was stranded in Louisville alone with a flat tire. Was sent to the New Albany store and told they couldn't help me but I could buy a brand new tire instead. I would at least like a refund for the "fixed tire" that's now currently completely flat leaving me stuck home with three kids and no vehicle.

The attendant did not listen when told I needed a new tire. Came back after 30 minutes and said everything was ok. When asked if he changed the tire he said no. Had to insist the tire be replaced and it took another 30 minutes

Took car in for a possible problem and was diagnosed and not charged. Told they couldn't fix but gave me some great ideas on who could.
