Big O Tires

Was disappointed that they told me the work would cost me $244,00 to have my car fixed. when I brought it in , the charge was $341.00 and it was just as bad as when I brought it the first time. After changing a front tire to the back. It drove just fine. Did I even need the $341.00 repair?

My experience at Big O in Bedford is always a positive one. They are efficient, prompt, helpful, pleasant,and all around terrific. They are a standout business in a town where I generally go out of town for help! Thank you Big O for being in Bedford.

printer didn't work when I was in and I didn't get a receipt. was told I'd receive on via email. Haven't received it yet. really would like a letter containing the receipt for my tires! Gene O'Brian

The wait was a little long, but I came on a Friday.

I had a Big O tire losing air and upon entering the store I was greeted and treated professionally and courteously. The store reps got right on my issue and I was gone in less than an hour. Great service.

i have used this location before & was very pleased the shaking I had in my front end stopped. But this time it is still there. I was told my tires were fine & so was my front end. Not sure why it isn't any better then when I took it in. Instead of pulling to the right it now pulls to the left. And shakes at all different speeds. Tires don't feel like they have been balanced.

Wouldn't go anywhere else! Love these guys! They are awesome!!! They have always helped me and been here for me! Will never use another location!

Had grease smeared across front end of my car and grease on leather seat and console. Very careless job.

When they done the work on my vehicle they took off the wrong Tire to begin with then told me it was leaking also which it was not. Then they finally got the correct tire taken care of.

I have very excellent service here. Staff is courteous and always went out of the way to make sure I was satisfied with the products and services they offer. Very prompt service and offer great products.

When I got home I checked my oil level. It was a pint and a half low. It didn't even measure to the add mark. I was charged for 6 quarts of valvoline full synthetic oil. I feel like I was taken advantage of. If they had put in 6 quarts as they said it should have been full. It was not. I'm very unhappy about it.

I had 4 new tires put on. I would like to see if at all possible maybe doing a quick check of the of the vehicles fluids.

I ask the sale people will thay check my brakes and he said yes BUT no one told me how thay was. Getting ready to take a trip just wanted to know going to Smokey mountain just wanted to know before we level

Every time I go in for an oil change and tire rotation, there's something else wrong. I've marked my tires beforehand and had to go back in because there weren't rotated. I started doing that after only needing to replace the passenger side rear tire for excessive wear. I let them change my front breaks last summer and my driver's side caliper seized right after leaving the store. The manager told me it happens all the time. Then smiled as he handed me the estimate to replace the caliper and section of break line. Insisting it was common and not an error made by the mechanic. Now that my tires are not under warranty there, I'll never go back and wouldn't recommend it to anyone.

I bought 2 new tires back in February of 2015 there is hardly anybwait time thats what i like and your people are very friendly.
