I recently purchased a tire approximately two weeks ago it went flat the second time I drove it I brought it back for repair still brand new undriven tire and was told that it was not covered and that I needed to purchase another tire I would not recommend your tire service or store to anyone I was greeted by a 16 year old kid that had no idea how to deal with a customer let alone run a store

As a previous business manager and now business owner I understand that consistency and clarity are a must when dealing with customers. Also that exceeding customer expectations is critical. I understand that when dealing with employees it is not always an easy task at their vision and goals sometimes lack from that of the business owner. That being said I was disappointed upon receiving my bill when having a full service full synthetic oil change done an two new tire (second set on the F150 in the last 3-5 months). The counter sales person informed me that a one year free and 5 year prorated tire replacement was $19 which I thought was reasonable. When I looked at my bill it was $19 per tire. That's still not a lot but when you are expecting $19 on your bill and it's $38 that's different. When I had my 2 tires put on last time the $33 labor fee was waived this time it was not, not sure about that. When I was called to be informed about my tire tread being questionable I was told by the sales person that they were illegal to drive in the condition that they were in, the service tech said they were at the wear bar which was legal but not safe. I understand that these are for the most part petty but the fact that I have spent around $1000 at Big O in the last 6 months and have received inconsistent pricing and info from several employees (both on my F150 and VW van) it causes me to wonder about customer loyalty and honesty. Sorry, I just want to feel comfortable where I am spending my money, and you asked!

I had an oil change and tire rotation. The desk clerk gave me an estimated 45 minutes to completion, but it took around 1 hour and 15 minutes. While I was sitting in the lounge area I could see my vehicle. Noticed that they completed the work, but watched the mechanic in my vehicle with it running while conversation with someone in the garage. Finally he pulled my vehicle out at which I proceeded to the counter. The mechanic brought in the paperwork and key and this is when I noticed how filthy he was. I understand mechanics are going to get dirty while performing this type of maintenance, but he was an exception to the rule. Of course when I open my vehicle door it was not surprising to see oil on the outside of the door as well as on my arm rest. My steering wheel is black, but I could feel the residue of his lack of concern for a customers vehicles. After bringing it to the desk clerk, he did clean off the arm rest and steering wheel.

loyal customer here - just bought another set of tires for another vehicle AFTER this less than acceptable visit. 1. routine rotate and balance - one tire leaking air due to bad TPS 2. requested removal of ALL TPS sensors and replace with standard valve stems - one tire flat next morning - one TPS was not removed and replaced - took tire off - took to store - problem corrected 2. day 3 after flat - another tire leaking air - rim was not cleaned properly and bead did not seal (according to manager)

I had a couple of old tires removed and two other tires mounted for a sand rail. The service guys went beyond the normal procedure to clean up the old rims and get the tires mounted and sealed. Big O has always treated me right.

Came in at 8:08 to see why low tire lite had came on. Lady said it would be 1 hr before they could look at it, At 10:00 they had it done said they had to plug a tire

Went into Big O because my local dealership couldn't rotate my tires due to the wheel lock missing. I told the guy at Big O that they were last rotated in Fall by them so either the lock didn't make it back into my truck or I had never had one because I had just purchased the truck used with the aftermarket wheels. They said they had a master set and were able to rotate the tires. They tried a couple spare locks they had to see if they were going to work and would have given it to me for free if they did. None prevailed, but they since have ordered me one and I will pick it up when it comes in. Great service. Easy to work with, definitly done dealing with my dealership unless it's warranty work.

I'm not very happy. I took my car to get oil changed and tire rotation. They said they couldn't rotate due to the wear on the tires. So I had to get new tires. I was told o could charge them to my acima account through big o so I said okay I'll go ahead and get them. When o got there I had to pay out of my own pocket because I still had a balance of 100 dollars. Which I had a limit of 2500. So I dont know why I wasnt allowed to charge it after I was told i could. I called the company and was told o should have been able to charge my account.

I brought a lawn mower front tire in, seal was broken, I had aired it up and it kept breaking. Brought it in to be fixed, told them to put a tube in if needed. I made three laps mowing and it broke again. Lost my original fee and had to have a tube put in.. cost me another fee and much time lost

I have been in before with my Mini Cooper to have an oil change and tire rotation. I called at 9am to set up an appointment for 5pm. I was assured the time slot would work and they would print off the ticket so that I would not have to wait once I arrived. When I arrived at 5pm, I was told that someone pulled in a moment before me and was already on the lift and it would be another 30 minutes before they could get my car, but I would be done by 6pm. At 5:50pm, my car was ready, but as I went to pay and check over the bill, it was marked a regular oil change. On the engine of my car it is clearly marked *Full Synthetic Only*. The last three times I had come in, I received a full synthetic oil change, so it was marked in the computer. After commenting on this, my car was taken back and the oil was changed out again for the correct oil. I appreciate that they did change the oil and stay later to do it, but I was not happy that they did not pay attention to do it right the first time and that it took over an hour for an oil change when I called ahead of time for an appointment.

Found the best tires for my car and my driving needs, then kept checking to see when they would actually be in production and available to order and mount. Great service; above and beyond!
