I made an appointment for an oil change over the phone for 10 a.m. We decided to drop our vehicle off a half hour early at 9:30 a.m. We arrived back at the Big O at 10:30, our vehicle still had not been looked at. We had to wait another half an hour for the work to be done.

I never have to wait long to get an appointment. If I just stop by without an appointment they will work me in that day. I trust them to not talk me into unnecessary repairs like some places will do. Overall I am really happy with their service.

I was greeted when I walked into the store and had a wonderful conversation with an employee who was also a veteran. Unfortunately, there were only two customers in the store when I arrived, who's vehicles were already being worked on, and it still took more than an hour to get my vehicle into a bay. Several other customers, who came in after me, had their vehicles in and out well before I did. When I left, I found that my tires were overinflated, and not to the same pressure all around. It has only been a few days and I'm already feeling vibrations again when I hit 60+ mph.

I have never had a problem with Big O. They are always reasonable priced. They get the job done quick. If they make a mistake they fix it.

Wait time is terrible, I was there close to a hour to plug one tire, while others were there over 2 hours to get new tires, wait time needs to improve, and a few had been there a hour and vehicle wasn't even started yet

I had an appointment time and was still in the shop for 4 hours, for an oil change and new tires. The wrong oil was used in my vehicle. The previous set of tires I purchased from this location were not what I requested and I ended up not being able to get to my home any time it snowed. I would not have agreed to purchase tires here again but I had already missed 1/2 a day of work and couldn't do that again.

Well, the experience is always good as long as I can avoid one guy that works there he doesn't listen to what I'm wanting and tries to get me to purchase the most expense tires etc and I can't afford it so I avoid him at all cost and will only work with the woman there they listen to me rather then pressuring in spending money that I don't have to be spending

Came in for a Balance and rotate before I left for a road trip and had to return two days later to find out that they only balanced two tires and one of the two was balanced wrong and the rear tires had not been balanced at all so it caused a terrible vibrations to my truck while I was traveling, I returned and had the problem fixed and they did a good job. How ever it would be nice to make sure the good job was done the first time! All in all I am satisfied the problem was a easy fix but should be able to count on the problem being fixed the first go round, Thank you.

Over-all a good experience. If I could offer one area of improvement it would be to place more value on the customers time. It took alot longer than I anticipated for a balanace and rotate when the representative said they could get me in right away. I would have scheduled and come back if I'd have known it was going to take almost 2 hours. I think it would be appreciated by customers to get at least one update on the status of work being performed for them while they wait.

I purchased tires in May 2017 with a 30k warranty. One tire blew out on the inside within a few months and it was returned to the store in Seymour and they were great tow work with. The other 3 tires were completely bald by January 2018 with around 20k miles on them. I could not keep my car on the road during a rainstorm because of the lack of thread. I came into Big O and the gentleman working said they could not do anything for me. This was not a hazard issue...He asked what my mileage was. My car mileage was 50k ... He said that's way over the limit. My tires were purchased when I had over 30k miles on the care, and then I went 20K miles... the tires had around 20k miles on them... he was counting my mileage as time on my tires. I had to explain this to him and show him my invoice. The warranty was for 30k miles and I had went about 20k miles and already having multiple issues. I contacted the customer service and they said I would have a response within 48 hours. It took 4 days... I had to wait until Monday.. .the manager was very nice and helpful. He gave me one tire free, I paid for the other 2 tires that were bald. The tires I have are not a good tire ... I would not recommend these specific tires for anyone that puts a lot of miles on a vehicle. The manager handled the situation so well, and was great to do a follow up call and make sure I was okay with how everything was handled.

They told me they couldn't do my alignment and set to factory specs due to the fact of manufacturing error. So, I asked them how much, and they charged me full price setting only the toe up front and the rear wheels. You know I buy all my tires and brakes done there and have for years. I feel I shouldn't have been charged full price!

I had something stuck in a tire and needed to check if the tire was going to leak. They worked me right in and did the needed work. I am very impressed with the service there. Great business.

had to take the car back twice in less than 24 hours. 2 different tires lost air. bad valve stems. they should have caught this on installation.
