Excellent and fast service. I was in and out within an hour.

I took my vehicle in for regular tire rotation & needed two new tires. I appreciate all their help & always at the right time.

They need to make sure you get a customers updated phone number. I was sitting out at the picnic table waiting quite a while before I went back inside to see what was taking so long and he had been calling the wrong number.

Very happy with the customer service here, will definitely be returning. They also accepted my competitor's couple which I really appreciated.

When I went to pick my car back up from a tire rotation I was told it would be 15.00 I said what ..the fella said well did u get the tires here I said yes! Well he went out and looked at them and said ok. He should have already checked that out!

Staff is very knowledgeable about all tire products and maintenance options. I have been pleased with my car and van tires. I have used the hazard warranty a couple of times with no hassle. I do shop around for price and I have found that Big O has a great price. They provide excellent service too including tire rotations etc... Thanks to the Bedford Indiana Big O Team!

I started coming to Big O's after my wife went to Tiemans a few times and was treated pretty poorly. They simply didn't understand that ladies often have to take cars for routine maintenance tire rotations etc. They have treated all my family very well. I recently purchase a set of tires for my son's Volkswagen a Big O tire brand "Legacy touring" I believe. I have had very good luck with these tires and the "Euro Tour" tires on my wifes' car. My oldest son had two tires that were damaged and both were replace under the warranty without question. The Big O tires have an excellent warranty. They seem to be very good on snow and occasionally ice. I drive 1.5 hours per day back and forth to work and will glady purchase big O tires as a replacement for my OEM tires. Tony and his staff always give excellent service. Had a few wheel bearings replaced etc. Always a great team to deal with

Good experiences at Big O. The work is completed as it should be, and they never try to rip you off with repairs that you don't need. I shall return!

Appreciate how friendly everyone there is, and how they worked me in. Only negative is I requested my new tires be placed on the front of my vehicle and the old tires be rotated to the back. The salesman stated they should be fine on the back. Well my car is a Front Wheel Drive car, and I specifically requested them be placed on the front.......
