They always do good job

Because of the tire size we had to order the correct size, they arrived the next day. Big-O called to inform us that the tires had arrived. I ask, when can we get them installed and was told to bring it right in. When we arrived, I ask hold long our wait would be, I was told that we were next and within 10 minutes the car was inside the bay. The staff pointed out an unusual wear pattern on what I thought was a good tire that I had intended to keep. After looking at what the Technician had found, I decided I didn't want that tire after all. The new tires were installed promptly and they drive great. Thanks Big-O.

broken belt on tire, replaced!

Great service!

I was told it would be about 20 minutes. Nothing happened for over an hour. 1 1/2 hours after I arrived I left. I had a nail in my tire which was fixed.

The only complaint I have was they didn't come and get me when my truck was finished I had to go ask them if it was finished

The Saturday hours are extremely inconvenient.

As usual, service was quick and professional. Vehicle finished when promised.

I took my car in to have one tire replaced. As per the recommendation of the technician, I replaced all four with the premium Big O version of the tire. Well worth it as the ride on the road is smooth and quiet. The only negative was that there was over an hour wait.

I won't go any where else for service on my vehicles. Prompt, polite and knowledgeable. Excelent service.

I was so pleasantly surprised when I had tires rotated and fluids checked for upcoming road trip and NO Charge because I had purchased tires there. Also pleased that no apt needed.

Very busy day, but the guys worked me in, it was a small job, they got me taken care of as if it was the biggest job of the day

Drives and rides a lot smoother. Traction is also better.

My service was great, I had 4 used tires dismounted and 4 new tires mounted. Fairly simple task but a little expensive ($70). I race cars and need this service often. At this price, I will continue to shop around.
