Big O Tires

I loved that they did what they said they would do and didn't tell me I need an additional $200 worth of services I didn't need. They charged me for what I had done and did add an additional $25-30 worth of needless charges. Great! Not sure that has ever happened before, ever!

Brought in a tire to put on a wheel. Put it on, no charge since I had purchased the tire there.

Got in same day. My grandson was in a really bad accident and I need to travel to Wisconsin asap but husband insisted I get car done first. As he needs Me to be safe. 430 miles. Thank you so very much I'm on my way... Prayers appreciated 🙏

I went to Big O Tires, as the tire warning signal lit up. The staff was courteous and helpful as they figured out the issue!!!! The problem was diagnosed and repaired quickly!! The timing was important because they would be closing shortly and would be closed on Monday because of the upcoming holiday!!!! I was happy that I stopped there; any service my husband or myself have had in the past have always been taken care of to our great satisfaction!!

Seems like you have a really good crew at your shop. We're new to your area and are having to establish local relationships with various service providers. When we moved to Indy which is still our permanent home for a few more years, after watching the gang at Firestone literally steal from customers, we ended up with Mike Trammel at Big O Brownsburg. They've been my tire store for approx. 20 yrs. Now I have a place to turn to at the lake which will be our permanent home whenever I ease into retirement. Look forward to meeting you during one of my visits to your store. We are all about small business privately owned vendors and service providers because we are small business people too.
