I loved that they did what they said they would do and didn't tell me I need an additional $200 worth of services I didn't need. They charged me for what I had done and did add an additional $25-30 worth of needless charges. Great! Not sure that has ever happened before, ever!

Seems like you have a really good crew at your shop. We're new to your area and are having to establish local relationships with various service providers. When we moved to Indy which is still our permanent home for a few more years, after watching the gang at Firestone literally steal from customers, we ended up with Mike Trammel at Big O Brownsburg. They've been my tire store for approx. 20 yrs. Now I have a place to turn to at the lake which will be our permanent home whenever I ease into retirement.
